I am a passionate designer skilled in conceptualizing and leading a user-centered design. I strive to design delightful products and services that are focused on users needs and provide desirable outcomes based on measurable business goals.


User Research: customers interviews, usability studies, research and data analysis, empathy maps, paper and Invision prototyping

Interactive Design: user flow, storyboards, Axure wireframes and prototyping

UI Design: rapid sketching, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite

Design Leadership: defining UX strategy, design team mentorship, reviewing and critiquing design, facilitating collaborative cross-functional design workshops

Soft skills: complex problems solving, adaptability, innovating, presenting, listening.

My process is simple and it starts with understanding users pain points and desired outcomes, and asking the right questions to inform user experience design and research. I see the purpose of user experience design, as helping to improve the lives of users, so my approach is always empathic and strategic.
