Ideation and sketching

The initial ideation of how the product was done using a paper prototype to validate quickly many ideas to differentiate the FEMM’s app from competitors.

UX design in this project includes interface design, so all the wireframes were high fidelity. I have also created a prototype based on the wireframes for user testing. This product hasn’t been released yet, so I am not able to show more details due to the confidentiality agreement.

Personas were created based on the clients surveys and workshops. Understanding the needs users gave a base to a custom experience based on unique goals set by them.

Using Conceptboard software, I was able to simulate a whiteboard to conduct workshops with participants located in different countries. Understanding the customer base via this session helped in shaping a product based on users needs.
